Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup coconut flour

3 tablespoons granular sweetener

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes


I start by mixing cream cheese, coconut oil, coconut flour, granular sweetener, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla in a bowl.
