Ingredients:

Orange juice Chili-garlic Sauce Low-sodium soy sauce Light brown sugar Toasted sesame oil Cornstarch Rice vinegar Olive oil Chicken breasts Broccoli florets

Start by mixing together the orange juice, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the cornstarch and rice vinegar.

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil, and add the chicken breasts. Cook for about 5 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown. Once the chicken is cooked through, add the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Add the orange juice mixture to the skillet and stir to combine. Allow the mixture to come to a simmer, then add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens. Serve warm over a bed of cauliflower rice or your favorite keto-friendly grain.
